The Commission on Health provides information and resources to meet the needs of our congregation and the neighboring community through seminars, workshops and screenings that deal with the health needs of our people from the cradle to the grave. The group of physicians, nurses, insurance agents, pharmaceutical representatives and other health care professionals also advocate and work to overcome disparities in health delivery, services, and policy.

The Kitchen Ministry

The Kitchen Ministry consists of Sunday teams that prepare and serve breakfast every Sunday morning immediately following the first worship service except during the month of August.

They are also available to assist and serve meals to bereaved families as well as to persons attending various meetings and organizational functions. Groups and individuals interested in using the kitchen facilities must submit a Request For Space Form at least one month before the event/activity.
