Please READ all of the following information BEFORE completing the attached application(s).
1. ALL balances MUST be paid one month in ADVANCE of the scheduled date. If not paid, there is a risk of your event being cancelled. 2. IMPORTANT: Please note, no refunds will be given if event is cancelled or date is changed (no exceptions). If there is a change of date, we will attempt to reschedule if the new date is available. BUILDING RULES/REGULATIONS: • Rental of the Church facilities will be restricted to those activities that could reasonably be sponsored by an A.M.E. Church. • Oak Grove A.M.E Church reserves the right to refuse any use of the building which clearly tends to undermine its own religious program and standards. • The persons(s) renting the building shall be responsible for any damage to the building , equipment , or premises. • Oak Grove A.M.E. Church reserves the right to have a representative present at any function developing from the rental application. • Certificate of Liability Insurance must be provided by outside organizations. The certificate must list Oak Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church as an additional insured for the date of the event.
