Request(s) for space are to be submitted to the Church Administrator no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event and at the beginning of the Conference Year for all regular meetings and events to be held at the church. Verify approval, by telephone, with the Church Secretary prior to making announcements or distributing printed materials. All fliers, programs, and printed materials must be pre-approved by the Pastor, or Church Administrator and A REQUEST FOR WORK TO BE DONE must be submitted if it is to be done in house. If church funds are being requested a budget and proposal, citing itemized costs and projected revenues, must be given to the Church Adminstrator as soon as possible.
